Delete in the App
Open Traceora and go to Settings → Delete account. Confirm the deletion
prompt. This permanently deletes your Traceora account from active systems and removes app data associated
with that account, including profile details, symptom logs, lifestyle logs, notes, generated pattern
insights, and legal consent records.
Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected]
from the email address connected to your Traceora account and request account deletion. We may ask you to
verify account ownership before processing the request.
What Is Deleted
- Your Traceora account record and authentication-linked app profile.
- Symptoms, severity ratings, lifestyle variables, notes, dates, times, and imported sleep/activity logs.
- Generated pattern summaries, charts, and AI-assisted insight text stored for your account.
- Legal acceptance records associated with your account.
What May Be Retained Temporarily
Limited records may remain for a short time in backups, security logs, fraud-prevention records, provider
logs, app store records, legal compliance records, or operational records where retention is required or
reasonably necessary. Backup copies are deleted or overwritten according to provider backup cycles. We do
not keep deleted health-related app data for advertising.
Deletion Timeline
In-app deletion is intended to remove active account data immediately or within a short processing window.
Email requests are usually reviewed within 30 days after identity verification, unless applicable law
requires a different timeline.
