Traceora

Health Data Consent

This consent explains how Traceora handles health-related information you choose to enter or import, and confirms that Traceora is not medical advice, treatment, diagnosis, or emergency care.

1. App and Operator

This Health Data Consent applies to Traceora, published by Veybyte Labs and operated by Nexoria Labs LLC. Support: [email protected]. Privacy/legal: [email protected].

2. Health-Related Data You Choose to Provide

By using Traceora, you consent to the app storing and processing health-related information you enter or import, including symptoms, severity ratings, notes, lifestyle variables, sleep, activity, exercise, water, stress, timestamps, optional device health data, generated patterns, and AI-assisted insight wording based on your logs.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process this information to provide journaling, charts, reminders where enabled, exports, account features, pattern detection, plain-language pattern summaries, support, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and account deletion or data rights requests. We do not use health-related data for ad targeting or personalized advertising.

4. Not Medical Advice or Emergency Care

Traceora is not a medical device, healthcare provider, diagnosis tool, treatment tool, disease prevention tool, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice. Do not use Traceora for emergencies or urgent medical decisions. Contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional when needed.

5. AI-Assisted Insight Wording

Some pattern summaries may use AI providers to convert statistical pattern data into plain language. These summaries describe logged patterns only. They may be wrong or incomplete and must not be treated as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, or a recommendation about what to do.

6. Optional Device Health Imports

If you enable device health imports, Traceora may read selected health, sleep, activity, or fitness data that you authorize through your device or platform settings. You can disable permissions in device settings. Data already imported may remain in your account until you delete it or delete your account.

7. Service Providers

We use providers such as Supabase, Render, Resend, Anthropic, and mobile platform services to operate the app. These providers may process health-related information only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, or support Traceora as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Withdrawal and Deletion

You can stop using Traceora, stop entering health-related data, disable optional health imports, export available data, or delete your account in the app. Because health-related processing is central to Traceora, withdrawing this consent may require account deletion. Deletion is subject to limited backup, security, legal, and operational retention.
